Order & Payment
All prices on this website are in INR and, of course, subject to change without notice. Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been made. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order or part of an order, regardless of payment.
Returns & Replacements
At Therekh, we only accept returns on defective or damaged items. To be eligible for a return:
- The customer must create a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. The video should start before the seal is broken and show the defect clearly.
- A defect must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of product receipt.
- The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
No return or replacement will be entertained without an unboxing video. If approved, a replacement will be issued for the same product. All sales are final.
Shipping
Shipping times can vary based on the buyer’s location. Therefore, we will not be accountable for any courier service delays or otherwise. Tracking information will be sent to the customer once the order has been shipped.
Limitation of Liability
Therekh is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use our products or site.
